WATER – SANITARY

We realize sanitary water systems both for houses and large industrial and public works.

THERMO-SANITARY SYSTEMS SINCE 1974

Usually the drinking water arrives with a pipe placed under the pavement. From there starts the upright pipe of the condominium that, after crossing the “street”, goes up along the wall of the house and arrives to each flat thanks to its derivations.

CTP Perozzo Impianti has been producing plumbing systems with the utmost care and attention for over 30 years.

WATER SYSTEM

The hydraulic system, or water system, is a system, consisting of pipes and machinery, capable of transporting water from one point to another. The etymology of the word from ancient Greek ὔδωρ – ὔδατος which means water. It brings drinking water to our home.

MATERIALS USED

The most used materials to make these pipes are:

  • galvanized steel;
  • black steel (weldable and threadable, needs external painting or tarring for protection against corrosion; used almost exclusively for large diameter pipelines with flanged joints);
  • inox (present on the market in various types: weldable light tubes, weldable and threadable medium or heavy series tubes, thin-walled tubes for press systems),
    copper (in coils or rods depending on the diameter, can be used with soldered, pressed or tightened fittings);
  • polypropylene;
  • multilayer, consisting of a food-grade plastic tube covered with a layer of aluminium and another plastic one (the latter can be bent by hand and/or with the use of springs to avoid crushing and possible reduction of flow rate; it can be pressed or tightened).

The pipes are then coated with insulating materials between 5/12 mm (e.g. neoprene), bringing several advantages: the insulation protects the pipes from corrosion.

Our services and what we do

We design or analyse the Client’s requests and determine the needs of the structure.

  • Functional and dimensional integration
  • Flow rate and pressure control (washbasin, shower 0.10 l/s)
  • Water temperature control
  • Product noise control
  • Thermal insulation of hot and cold water pipes
  • No unpleasant odour emissions
  • Asepticity
  • Mechanical and solid particle resistance
  • Resistance to thermal expansion and settlement of the building
  • .

  • Intactability from aggressive substances present in exhaust fluids
  • .

  • Maintainability, Inspection and Replaceability
  • .

  • Cleaning of components
  • Coordination of the various components
  • .

We install and test the plumbing system, both in the case of new construction and renovation of, for example, a civil bathroom

We issue the certifications required by the regulations and test the system.

In case of breakdowns we are at the complete disposal of the Customer with immediate intervention.

Noise and vibrations produced by distribution systems cause annoyance to the people who live in the buildings. In pressure systems the cause can be excessive water velocity, while where distribution is by fall the phenomenon generally does not occur.

The problem can be solved by reducing the pressure by means of reducers, or by increasing the section of any bottlenecks that increase the speed of the water, or it is possible to cover the pipes with mats of foam and lead. To eliminate water hammering, which produces mechanical stress on the pipes and noise, it is necessary to reduce the maximum speed of the fluid (1.2 m/s for residences and 1.5 m/s in the industrial sector) or install shock absorbers at the ends of the columns.
